Steak Recipe:
GRILL:
Take 2 lbs of steak tips, empty into a large container (FATBOY Karl uses resealable bags for travel) and empty one 16oz jar of FATBOY into container.
Refrigerate from one hour to up to 4 days for ultimate tenderization.
Grill meat to temperature and serve.
For optimal results dip cooked meat prior to serving into fresh FATBOY Marinade.
Note: This recipe works for Lamb as well and has been rumored to be good with buffalo, although we're checking into the authenticity of this claim.
OVEN:
Take meat and all that delicious FATBOY marinade it's been sitting in and pour into a pan (deep baking dish is recommended).
Bake at 350 for 15 minutes or until desired temperature is reached. |

Pork Recipe:
Take 4 pork chops or 4 slices of pork tenderloin and put into a large container and empty one jar of FATBOY into container.
Let pork marinate for 2 to 4 days for the best flavoring.
Grill or bake pork until cooked to your liking. |

Chicken Recipe:
Take 4 chicken breasts and place into a container with a jar of FATBOY.
Refrigerate from one hour to one day.
Cook thoroughly and enjoy. It's that easy. |

Fish Recipe: (We told you it was the everything marinade)
Take 4 filets of any white fish, we have found that Sea Bass works best.
Place into flat container (to keep the shape of the filets for grilling) and marinate in 16oz jar of FATBOY for 1 hour to 1 day.
Take fish out and grill. |
